Shipping: Orders Will Ship on the day funds are received by our Bank, Most Orders for in-stock items received on a business day before 12:00pm Eastern Standard TIme will be shipped the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this as seasonal and daily volumes may prevent same-day shipping in some cases. However, please note that all in-stock orders placed before 12:00 Eastern Standard TIme will be shipped no later than the following business day. If you have an emergency order that must be shipped on the day the order is placed, please call us at  (864) RC-Hobby (724-6229) to confirm.

Choice of Carrier:    In most cases the carrier you choose at checkout will be the agent that delivers your order. However, Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to substitute another carrier that might be able to either (1) deliver your order faster, or (2) better handle an order of the particular size, composition, and weight. The most common examples would be substituting USPS for Federal Express Ground or vice-versa.
Important:    Please note that shipping upgrades (Federal Express) will always be delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii:    All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, unless upgraded to Federal Express, are delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Federal Express Upgraded Shipping:    In some cases, the Federal Express upgraded shipping cost shown at checkout will not accurately reflect the charge for an order of a particular size and weight. If the cost to ship via Federal Express will be higher than the amount shown at checkout, we will notify you immediately and before we ship the order (The reason for this possible increase is that Federal Express calculates their rates based on two criteria: (1) the actual weight of the shipment; and (2) the dimensional weight of the shipment. For example, a 26 x 14 x 14 carton weighing 10 pounds would cost more that an 18 x 10 x 10 carton weighing the same 10 pounds. As the bigger carton takes up more of the airplane, the cost is higher. Although our system can calculate the exact weight of your order, it cannot determine the exact size carton your order will be placed in. Fortunately, most of the time the upgraded shipping costs provided at checkout are 100% correct.)
Special Note:    All Federal Express deliveries and most USPS orders are shipped with delivery signature required unless customer waives this requirement and advises Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc. via email that they will accept liability should the shipment be stolen after delivery.
Parts Orders:    Most parts-only orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some of our competition advertise "express shipping" on parts for under $4.00. What they don't tell you is that your order is being sent via USPS Parcel Post, which can take more than 10 days for delivery. To get USPS Priority Mail service, the cost goes up substantially. You will be happy to know that when Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc. ships via USPS Priority Mail, we do it for less than the other guys so you don't have the big upcharge or the long wait.

Hazardous Materials:    All hazardous materials (nitro fuel, e.g.) must be shipped via ground service. Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc. complies with all Hazmat regulations as stipulated by the Department of Transportation Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.

International Orders:    Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc. does not deliver to international destinations. We do ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

Although the manufacturers we work with develop products of the highest craftsmanship and quality, occasionally a minor defect may pass through the manufacturer's quality control system. Not to worry, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100%, and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems. If you receive your radio control product and it appears to be defective, please do not return the product to Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.), Or You Will Void the Product's Warranty. You must contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty contact information included in your product’s packaging.
Non-Damaged Merchandise Returns:

You may return items purchased at Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping). Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.) does not pay return shipping costs for voluntary returns. The following conditions and exclusions apply to all voluntary returns:

• You must have a return authorization prior to shipping a product to Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.). To get a return authorization, email our returns department at returns@YourRCCars4You.com and provide your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and your reason for return. A customer service agent will process your request and email you with a return authorization number that you will need to include with your return. Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.) must then receive the return within 7 business days as the return authorization is only valid for 7 business days after being issued.
• The product must be returned new, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. If a returns authorization is granted and our returns facility determines that the item has been opened or used, such a return would fall outside our returns policy and would not be eligible for refund. In such a case, Your RC Cars 4 You (Dandelion Enterprises Inc.) reserves the right to deduct a loss percentage up to and including the full purchase price of the product.
• Do not tape or affix notes to the product's packaging. Please place all written correspondence inside the shipping carton.
• We do not accept returns of any rechargeable or alkaline batteries
• No fuel products can be returned due to governmental shipping regulations
• Once we have received your return, please allow 3 business days to complete processing.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL NON-DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR RETURNS FACILITY AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

Damaged in Transit Returns:

If you received an order that was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service at (864) RC-Hobby (724-6229)

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY OF ANY ORDER! If you do, it may be forwarded to the shipping warehouse or to the manufacturer, not to the returns facility. Accept the order and contact the returns department via email at returns@YourRCCars4You.com. There is a minimum 20% restocking fee for all refused or returned deliveries, which will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAILURE TO PICK UP AN ITEM FROM THE CARRIER OR TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY ALSO CONSTITUTES REFUSAL OF DELIVERY AS UNCLAIMED/UNDELIVERED ITEMS ARE OFTEN RETURNED TO YOUR RC CARS 4 YOU (DANDELION ENTERPRIESES INC.), RESULTING IN AN ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.
